[食記] JhuDong Fried Spareribs Noodle Soup/竹東排骨酥麵

Today I am going to present you ''Deep Fried Spareribs Noodle Soup'', any idea about it?? It's basically combine the deep fried spareribs and noodle soup. Deep fried the spareribs just make the meat tender, it has the different texture compare with the regular noodle soup, that's why you need to stop by and give it a try!
今天要介紹的是竹東人家喻戶曉的竹東排骨酥麵!!目前除了竹東本店外(竹東菜市場旁)，新竹市的中正路上也開了一間分店喔，想吃排骨酥麵，不用再跑去竹東啦!!

Deep Fried Spareribs Noodle Store

Here is the Menu of JhuDong Fried Spareribs Noodle Soup, they have 4 kinds of noodle, and they have the meat ball soups, dumplings, also they have the braised side dish, you can pick what you want into the plate, they will chop and hit them up for you. There is a hint, don't forget to add some chili oil on the braised food :)

 以下就是他們的菜單，除了有肉圓、飯的選擇之外，總共有四種不同的麵喔。另外也有各式各樣的滷味,喜歡吃辣的人，建議可以加辣油一起吃喔!!

There are lots of side dish that you can order, they have deep fried vegs, dried tofu, pig's ears and intestines, braised seaweeds, deep fried pork, eggs, cow's stomach. 
這裡的滷味還蠻多種的，除了滷味的部分之外，也有紅糟肉或是像以下這種蔬菜炸的天婦羅喔。

And these are what we ordered, lots of braised food as our side dish, and Spareribs Noodle Soup, Spareribs Noodle(which is with out soup), there are probably 4-5 pieces of taros and spareribs. The Taros are so soft, they can easily just melt in your soup or your mouth, gotta be careful when you pick them up with the chopsticks, and the spareribs are sweet and perfectly match with the soup and noodle. This is just like a better version of Taiwanese noodle soup!

我們那天點了有素雞、粉腸、鴨胗、豆皮，點完就這麼大一盤了!! 除了鴨胗的口感不是很合我們的意之外，其他都算尚可，還不錯，但還是建議要淋點辣油囉!! 每一碗麵裡大概都有4-5塊的芋頭和排骨，芋頭軟爛入口即化，排骨香甜跟湯麵充分的融合，跟一般的湯麵比起來，排骨酥麵的口感算是比較多重呀!!

Here they provide the take out service, so if you're on a rush, you can just come here and order some noodle to take out, they will separate the noodle and soup for you, to prevent the noodle gets too soft and still have the good texture.

他們也提供外帶服務喔，外帶時會將湯和麵分開包裝，以避免麵條過於軟爛，遺失了麵條應有的口感喔!!

They have two JhuDong Fried Spareribs Noodle stores, one is in JhuDong, and the other one is this one on Zongzheng Rd in Hsinchu city.

I've been to these two couple times, I really like that one in Hsinchu city, every time I can easily finish it, 'cause it's tasty, but I don't really like the JhuDong one, I think the flavor has lots of differents, so I think I will still choose that one in Hsinchu to  have this yum spareribs noodle soup! :)

他們目前有兩家店，一家在竹東，另一家在新竹市的中正路上，我其實本身兩家都去過，但我覺得兩家店的口味不大一樣，我個人比較喜歡新竹市區這家的，因為竹東本店的麵每次總讓我覺得有點膩口，不過口味的部分就見人見志囉! :)
