[食記] Fresh Taste Hotpot+BBQ Restaurant /新竹嚐鮮火鍋燒肉

The first place that I'm going to introduce is a hotpot+BBQ place on ChungHwai Street in Hsinchu.
It's name is Fresh Taste.
這是在新竹市中華路上的一家火烤兩吃，以前是烤翻天，現在改成嚐鮮了。

This is that kind of the all you can eat restaurants, you can have both hotpot and bbq or you can just choose either one. There is 2hrs time limit, and you can choose two flavors in each of the hotpots. The flavors contains 1.Spicy Hotpot 2.Seafood Hotpot 3. Japanese Miso Hotpot 4.Chinese Herbal Hotpot, and the price is down there, NT299 for hotpot only, NT399 for both.
嚐鮮是一間吃到飽餐廳，可以只選擇火鍋或是火烤兩吃，用餐時間是兩個小時，火鍋的話一鍋可以選擇兩種口味的鴛鴦鍋喔。

Before we start to get the food, we just noticed this note. I thought it was ''Please SALE the earth'',its quite funny. But they're right, don't over waste the food only because you are in all you can eat restaurant. We have only one earth! 
開始夾取食物時，一走進醬料區就發現這塊告示，遠遠看以為是什麼東西在SALE，結果走進一看才發現原來是SAVE，真是個大烏龍，這塊告示的意思就是要大家不要浪費食物，因為地球只有一個呀!!

There are many kinds of ingredients in the ingredient area, vegs, meats, seafood, noodle, sauces, also different kind of desserts. The most impressive is their sauce, they provide different kind of sauce for hotpot and bbq food, and there are five different sauces for bbq like Thai flavor, Satay, and thyme, etc... and for hotpot sauce? You can create a special sauce just by yourself!! My advise is, crack an egg into your hotpot sauce to make the meat tender.
他們的食材還蠻豐富的，蔬菜海鮮火鍋料這些不用說，是最常見的。但是他們有手工醃製的不同風味的肉類，可以吃吃看，有些還蠻不錯的喔! 另外就是他們的醬料非常多種，鮮少看見會把火鍋以及燒烤的醬分開的店家，除此之外燒烤的醬汁有泰式酸辣醬，沙嗲醬，百里香等五種醬料，由此可見店家的用心喔!

What we had for the hotpot are Spicy and Chinese herbal flavors, they were quite nice, and the different flavors chicken wings also are good, I think I like beef the most!! They only served only when you order it, for fresh, and one thing you can't miss it, it's rice cake!! You have to bbq it, until it become soft or just look like that in the pic, then dip in with the condensed milk, great combination!!

我們點的是麻辣鍋併藥膳鍋，麻辣鍋有點嗆辣，喜歡辣的人可以試試看，肉品的部分還可以去現切區點喔，有牛小排，厚切牛以及雞肉。烤肉的時候最喜歡把年糕拿來烤，烤完再配上煉乳，不錯吃!!

Then speaking of the dessert, they got a  ice cream machine, you can make your ice cream or you can just go to the freezer area to get the other flavors of ice cream, also they provide cakes and chocolate waterfall.
If you're interesting in dessert, you gonna love here :)

甜點的部分，他們這裡有冰淇淋機，可以自己操作，還蠻有趣的，另外他們也提供一小盒一小盒的冰淇淋，冰棒，巧克力噴泉，蛋糕，水果，其實還蠻豐富的。 :)

After we finished this meal, we all think their service attitude are quite nice, especially they don't charge any service fee, and they're very kind, also they've paid lots of attention in everywhere. Their ingredient kinds are quite a lot actually, but still one thing needs to be improved, the qualities of the fruit are not that good, they weren't fresh that day, hope they will improve this one, 'cause I will stop by this place and have the Hotpot and BBQ again :)
這次是第一次再嚐鮮用餐，從他們的服務到肉品，飲料，等等的食材，都再再的讓我感覺的店家的用心，雖然沒有收取服務費，但卻是一直看到笑容可掬的店員，真的很不錯。
但唯有一點要再加強，水果種類的新鮮度，那天的水果是讓我下不了手的...。除了這點之外，其他都還不錯， 希望他們能夠改進囉!! 下次還是會想去嚐鮮用餐的!!! :)
