[食記] Have Fun 198 Hotpot Restaurant/ 趣味一下198吃到飽火鍋店

Have Fun 198 is a very cheap hotpot place, and you can grab whatever you wanna eat here. Only NT$ 198, NO charge service fees, and there is a parking lot just across the street, very convenient but more like a family hot pot place, so you would probably need to expect a little bit noise here. 

趣味一下吃到飽火鍋店，算是一間比較家庭式的火鍋店，因為他的價格就是198元，而且不加一成服務費，還讓你吃到飽，所以很適合一家大小一起揪去吃!! 而且在趣味一下的對面就有一個停車場，開車的朋友也相當方便!!

In here, there are four flavors of hotpot that you can choose to have, they are Japanese seaweed(which is original), spicy, pickled cabbage with pork and Korean Kim-Chi hotpot. What I recommend is pickled cabbage w/ pork or spicy hot pot. These two are what we  would usually order.
趣味一下提供了4種不一樣的湯頭，讓大家來作選擇。 其中有日式高湯、麻辣、酸菜白肉、還有韓式泡菜。湯頭會稍為清淡，但是最後卻會因為放了很多的食材進去煮了之後，而變得鮮甜呢!!

Menu-four kinds of flavors

This is the pickled cabbage w/ pork hotpot, it tastes a little bit sour and makes the meat tender, and the cabbage is very crunch, basically it tastes just like Kim-Chi but not spicy.

這是酸菜白肉鍋，清脆的酸菜和微酸的口感，讓肉吃起來更鮮嫩不膩喔!! 如果沒有吃過酸菜白肉鍋的朋友們，其實他的口感就有點像是不辣的韓式泡菜，但白菜更脆一點囉!!

Spicy Hotpot

They provide lots of Hotpot ingredients(means everything you can put into the hotpot, also some meat balls, or tofu,vegs etc...), and different kinds of meat, like pork, beef, chicken, lamp and seafood.
趣味一下的食材共分為三區，火鍋料區，肉類區，還有蔬菜區。完全採於自助式的用餐方式，假日時人潮眾多，工作人員也會一直把食材補滿，方便客人夾取。

This is their sauce area, you can design your own sauce here. I always have satay, green onion, ground chilies and soy bean sauce together, they're good with anything that I cook in the hotpot. Oh! they have the sesame sauce, its quite special. Don't forget to try it or make your own sauce before you eat your hotpot!!
這是趣味一下的醬料區，蔥每次都會補的很滿又新鮮!!不像有的店家蔥都不補滿，或是蔥都已經看起來乾扁扁的了。順帶一提，他這裡還有芝麻醬，跟肉品一起搭配著吃，味道更香!!

Except those food above, they have Dim Sum, Braised Pork rice, Mushroom chicken soup and spicy duck's blood (it taste tenderer than pig's). If you've ordered the spicy hotpot, my recommendation is adding some duck's blood into the hotpot!!
除了以上介紹的火鍋與食材，他們還有一個小小的熟食區，提供了小籠湯包、白飯、滷肉、還有麻辣鴨血，有點麻辣鍋的朋友們，別忘記來熟食區裝取麻辣鴨血，加進湯鍋裡頭，讓你的麻辣鍋更加豐富!!

Don't forget to get some fruits and ice cream after you finished your hotpot. Sometimes they change the different kind of fruit, but what we had that day is watermelon and orange. The four flavors of ice creams are taro, mango, vanilla, chocolate.
吃飽後，別忘了飯後水果+冰淇淋，讓你的午餐或晚餐劃下一個美好的句點!!

I think everything in Hsinchu area is getting more and more expensive because the Hsinchu science park, so it's not easy to find a place that charge so cheap, and you can have whatever you want in the restaurant, also  no charge any service fee. It only cost you NT$198, if you're really really hungry just come to this place then, I'm sure that your stomach will get well satisfied :)
在新竹地區科學園區的加持之下，真的很難找到已這麼便宜的價格，提供這麼多食物的餐廳了!! 下次肚子很餓的時候，別忘了來趣味一下，讓自己省了荷包還能吃得飽飽飽唷!!
